Fixed header hides top of row

Hi there

I have a one page website and i have set the anchors to my menu items. My header is set to FIXED. When you click on a menu item it scrolls to the row BUT the top of the row sits BEHIND the fixed header so you cannot see the content. You have to scroll down to start reading. How do i fix this please? I would like the row to stop at the BOTTOM of the header (not the top)
