contact form 7 popup can not show on mobile device

I went to "Betheme options" → footer → extras → set " popup contact form | shortcode".

I use the shortcode of  "contact form 7" widget.

The popup bubble can be only show on desktop version.

Ok, thanks for explanation. However, the popup contact form does not work on mobile because it is simply incompatible with mobile devices. If you look on our demo, you will see that it does not work there as well. So far, we didn't found any solution to make it compatible.
