Ok, thanks. So to change this border color, you need to use the following css:

.image_frame, .wp-caption, .google-map, .icon_box .icon_wrapper, .content_slider .caroufredsel_wrapper, .author-box .avatar-wrapper, #comments .commentlist > li .photo { color: #FFF !important; }

Yes, it is possible. To above css, add border-width: 2px declaration the same way as color declaration.
