Visual Composer will not load

Hi. I have a fresh install of Wordpress and installed the demo information for Copywriter. However, the Visual Composer element in Muffin Builder does not work correctly (will not scroll down) as well as visual composer itself on the back end. The WP Visual Composer will not load. I have tried reinstalling the plugin and even went as far as deleting the install and starting fresh.

However, VC works in the standard themes, just not BeTheme. I have not installed any additional plugins, either.
