Problem with saving the main page created on muffin builder

Hello! We got the problem with saving the main page of our site https://sklad-klad.ru/ . 

All elements created via muffin builder . When we editing the page and save it some blocks are disappear in admin panel and the page. 

Please tel us how to solve the problem. Otherwise we can't edit our main page
