Gap on top of page/

I am not sure why there is such a gap on the top of my page here but if i use a negative margin on these two items then when I shrink the screen they go up in the header.

Must have been some padding added in the section on import but was showing 0 when checked. Added a fresh section and drug the items up, Took Card of it
