Cloned sections are deleted after update

Hi, Now I'm trying to clone my sections in a page and if they are more than 11 sections (ex: 20 sections), they will be removed the least sections until section 11.

So, Is there any restricted rule of number of sections in the page ?? 

and if Not what is the fixing of this problem ?
