By two days the MUFFIN BUILDER DOESN'T WORK.

We can see all datas but the editor doesn't upload them.

We try also to install the theme and the back up of our project but there is a problem and doesn't work.

Are you sure? Please create php file with phpinfo() function under the domain where you have BeTheme installed and send us link to that file and we will show you that you are wrong.

Just as we thought, you did not increase max_input_vars what you can see on https://snag.gy/nUDN3m.jpg (it's only 3100 and not 10000 as you said). Also, you must upgrade PHP version to minimum 5.6 because your current PHP version is incompatible with Wordpress.

hosting all tests were negative.

looking at your PHP version is 5.5.9, and so do not> = 5.6.x.

Looking on the Wordpress site is recommended version> = 5.6.x, but previous versions already work from 5.2.4, the only risk is to have security vulnerabilities.

So the problem is not being bound in a Php it to max_input_vars, I ask you to log on to test4.softfour.com site and fix the problem.

Please do what we wrote above and you will see that all would be fine because your issue has nothing to do with the theme itself. Don't you think it's weird that everything works for thousands of customers and just does not work on your server? Please do what we recommended above and you will see that everything would be ok.
