Gallery in Tab content - poor image quality

Hi,

I have a set of tabs in a 3/4 wrap in a section.

I want to place an image gallery in the tab, so I've used the shortcode:

[gallery columns="4" link="file" ids="99,15,16,17" style="flat"]

My problem is that the images are really blurred. The images I am using are all 400px square so they should look sharp.
