Can't remove Placeholder Text

First of all, sorry for my bad Englisch. My Motherlanguage is German.

I can't solve this problem. I'm a beginner in Wordpress... i'm searching since two days to change the Placeholder Text below my Title.

I have attached a Printscreen.

I wan't to change the Text "Vitae adipiscing turpis. Aenean ligula nibh, molestie id viverra a, dapibus at dolor. In iaculis viverra neque, ac ele molestie id viverra aifend ante lobortis id. In viverra ipsum stie id viverra a"

Hope anyone can help me :-)

the image you tried to paste, does not work. However, we think that you mean posts. And if that's what you mean, to change Excerpts, please do this under post settings where Excerpt field is. But if you don't see this field, please activate it in the right top corner where Screen Options is.
