Change Icon Sizes and Font for screen size..

I spent a bit of time designing a top area on this site only to find out its not looking that great on a tablet.

Any way to Have these social icons and list Font become responsive so it doesn't look like this on a tablet?

Only Thing I can thing of would be to duplicate the sections and then hide one on desktop and the other on tablet and target the css differently on the tablet section?

Any other Ideas appreciate...

In this case you can do what you wrote above (hide sections on mobile and tablets) but also you can play with responsive css and @media attributes. Just check how @media only screen works for responsive versions in http://forestparkdental.info/wp-content/themes/betheme/css/responsive-1240.css?ver=5.4 and create your own css with styles that you need.
