Top Bar Background?

Is it possible to add an image to the top bar background area behind a logo? I'm unable to find settings for this in the Muffin Builder.

The image would be placed behind the logo at top (but I assume you already figured that out. LOL!).

It is possible to put the image behind the whole Top Bar only and this could be done with below css:

#Top_bar { background-image: url('Path-To-Image') !important; }
