Full Width Blog Image

I am trying to add my latest blog post to my home page and I want the featured image to be full screen width. 

The blog news featured 1st shortcode seems to only go to 50% of screen width.

The blog photo shortcode seems to crop the images to 1200x480 no matter what image size I upload?

Hi,

to change images sizes, please go to Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Featured Image section and check necessary sizes. After that, please use the plugin we mentioned under that section.
