How to change the background after sliding down?

I'm using the tranparent menu with logo on the left.... the images on the Rev Slider are dark. But every time I slide down the page the menu background turn to white or almost white. I already tryied changing in Options, header, menu... but nothing change. I have no idea how to do it.. Can anybody tell me?  THANKS!!!

THANK YOU!!! I just need the name of that element and when you wrote "stiky header" I founded in Options/ Header/ Subheader... and was set as "white". I change it to "The same as Top Left background" and VOILA!!!  THanks support!
