Pagespeed very slow

Hello, I use the Betheme and i am very happy with it. But my Pagespeed is very slow. My URL is www.upgrade-consulting.de . I followed the suggestion of google page speed insights to compress to gzip but it didnt seem to change anything. I tried the WP Total Cache Plugin, but when i activated it the whole Site did not work anymore. I really need some help. I hope you can help me.

We didn't made your website as we are not your web developer so we don't know why your site slowed down.
However, what we may suggest is W3 Total Cache plugin (but we do not offer for third party plugins). As you can see on https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/cKa882/http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/ we use it on our demos and the results are pretty good (loading time is less than 1 second).
