Exclude category Blog

Hi,

I'm having a problem with the filters on a blog.
As you can see in the image "Here.jpg" you see the field where you can include category's i want to display.
But when i do, the category filters not showing up anymore.

I want to exclude the whole post category without loosing the filters seen on 2.jpg.

But i do want to show the posts in the category "Algemeen" on a other page called blog..

we are sorry but we do not have an option to exclude categories from blog items unfortunately and what you ask for, requires files customization.

But why aren't the filters showing up when i include category's? Isnt there a easy fix for that?
