Muffin Builder Changes Not There After Saving

I have been making changes to my site using the muffin builder. All of the sudden, when I go to add a custom ID or background color to the section or padding to the wrap. I click save after doing both and then update the page only to find that all of that work has disappeared. Please help.

The only thing that worked for me was editing the php.ini file per these instructions:
