Menu not showing all options

For some reason the menu is now not showing all of the links.

It's showing fine on a resolution of 1280 x 1024 but smaller than that it doesn't show the last few options.

It's like it's stuck at a size and not being responsive

Ok, thanks. So as we can see, you have many items and that's why all does not appear. What you can do is to activate Scrollable option under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Menu section.
