Problem with post grid loading

Dear support,
since last wordpress and theme update I have problems with Visual Composer post grids and wordpress admin bar.
3-4 times a day my main page only shows "0" or nothing instead of post grids.

When I log into wordpress the admin bar is not working for main page (but for all other pages). Hence, I have to go to the dashboard, open main page, start VC front end and save one time. Then I have to purge page cache and its working for a couple of hours (even wordpress admin bar is coming back for this time)...

Please help!
