Social links in some portfolio pages and not others... Setting?

Hi!

I'm struggling to find the setting to turn on and off the social links that appear at the top of some portfolio items and not others. For example, this page HAS links:

[Links visible only for registered users]

and this page DOES NOT have social links:

[Links visible only for registered users]


Can you tell me where this is set?
