Seo at Google

i would like to change the text that is showed if someone google my side.
like:
So erreichen Sie mich!
so i have to change the meta files..
I found this:
<title>EDV-Betreuung Alexander Maly</title>
<meta name="description" description="Ihr Computer oder Laptop funktioniert nichtmehr richtig?
Melden Sie sich bei mir! 84056 Rottenburg - Ich bringe Ihre Geräte wieder zum Lächeln!" />
But where can i fit it in so it will work?
Every side should get another text..

there is 2 places where you can have title and description. The first one is Theme options > SEO section but another one place is under Page Options section at the bottom.
