Changing posts per page on search results

Hi,

I was wondering if there was an option in the back end to change the number of posts that appear on the search results page? At the moment it is only 4 posts per page. 

Or would this need to be done on the code.

Hi,

for search is responsible search.php file and WordPress is displaying same number of results as posts. You can change this number under Settings > Reading section.

Hi, 

When I update blog pages show at most it always reverts back to 4 not matter what number I put in. However when I change to twentyfiften or sixteen it works fine?

Hi, sorry about the late reply. I have just submitted all the necessary information through the contact form. I have just updated the theme hoping that would fix the problem, but it didn't.
