Change Menu Text Color?

Is there something I'm missing to change the menu text color?

I would like to change it from white to black but cannot figure out which setting controls that color. 

The site is homecoming.umsl.edu

Hi,

the link you sent us above, does not work. The site keeps loading and nothing happens. Please tell us if you use Custom skin or maybe one of the pre-defined skins?
