Change the text

Hi, I'm very new to wordpress and trying to set up my website. 

I just went into to change the slider that came with the Agenda skin and whenever I change the text, or even try to add a new text, with similar settings, the text never shows up in the preview or the live site. 

What am I doing wrong?

please show us on the screenshot where exactly you do the changed and they do not appear.
