Mobile menu dropdown toggle on item click.
Hello, currently on mobile menu, the submenu dropdown is toggled by the + icon, which is great.
My parent item is a #, so it's not a link. I would like the submenu to dropdown toggled by the parent item click too.
How would I do this? Thanks!

the menu items couldn't be the links on mobile devices. Sub-menu can be dropdown with + icon only.
