BeTheme is sufficient. We do SEO for our clients, and for those converting over to BeTheme, we are removing the All In One SEO , as all we use it for are the titles/descriptions. You can also add your Google Analytics Code to the BeTheme SEO settings.
This also reduces the number of plugins that have to load on page load - which was a deciding factor for us.
Of course there's alot more to SEO then this, but those primary meta-tag handeling features are sufficient in BeTheme.
