smooth scroll in button to a section on the same page

Hello,

I would like to have a button (or icon) that link to a certain section of the same page. I can simply do it with an anchor link. The problem is that im not able to run it smootlhy like it works with, for example, in your one page demo theme. Where i can add the possibility to have a smoothly effect on scrolling?

maybe my question was not clear. I dont need smooth scroll in the menu link section. I need it in a link/image into a page. I would like to insert a button (fo instance) going to the bottom o f the page...and im able to make ti scroll smoothly.

But this works similar to menu. All you need to do is activate ONE PAGE option for page under Page Options section, for links use hashtags like #link1 but ID's you need to set for sections.
