background image scrolls way to long on responsive

I have a background image under my testimonials on http://wesley-group.com/    and    http://wesley-group.com/about/  ,

in responsive view, the image is way to tall and you have to keep scrolling even past the content on top of it. How can i fix it?

Hi,

to be honest, we did not expected such long reviews as http://pasteboard.co/t2758Zk9d.png and you are the first one who used such large reviews. We need to have a look into testimonials closer and find another way to count height of this item on scroll.

No, we can't because this couldn't be fixed with custom css only. This requires customization in theme files.
