Scroll down to Beautify And Enhance Your Skin and there's 3 missing icons. For example, the icon-heart-line is selected in Flat Box and supposed to show to the left of 'Pure Swiss Gold Anti-Aging, Firming & Lifting Facial' but it's blank.

as you can seeon http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/boxes-infographics/#flatbox this item was made to display an icon on the image and it would work properly only when you have both set properly (the image and the icon). As you can see on your site, you do not have images set and that's why item does not work the same way as on our site.
