Menu Custom Color Skin for my custom layout

Hey!

I'm working on the test website, it's not public now. I have a problem with some colors - custom skin.

- I have homepage with dark background, so I need color of links in my menu white to see anything

- Whole website will have black color of links in menu and background white

I'm looking for help with this:

Custom Layout for only Homepage (I have here my custom layout with transparent header type) and pages with dark background with link color #ffffff, active link color #ffffff and active link background #f2962f

This are my default menu colors:

Default header (classic header type) for my pages and I need to save this like that - Default Header on every pages with link color #000000, active link color #f2962, active link bacground #f2f2f2

What I have to do? Add some custom css? Thank for help

I wrote to you an email two days ago with logins, informations about my website and stuff like that, so I write to you here too

I have a problem with colors, and I need to customize my colors on pages like that:

1. TRANSPARENT HEADER: link color #ffffff, active link color #ffffff and active link background #f2962f
   
2. DEFAULT HEADER on every pages with link color #000000, active link color #f2962, active link bacground #ffffff
   
3. STICKY HEADER: Dark with link color #ffffff , active link color #f2962, active link background can be #ffffff or transparent
4. SLIDING TOP: Links color: #fafafa
