Is the BETHEME activation code enough to access the template library of Visual Composer ?
Or do we need a full license of Visual Composer to access this template library ?

Hi,

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course.
