Too many redirects & site no longer working

I just bought BeTheme and installed on a fresh WP installation. After some time and use of the muffin editor (Or however the tool is called) the site simply stopped working.
I got a 404 error and right after that, accessing the WP-Admin causes a "Too many redirects" error. The homepage displays, but not properly as no CSS or image file is loaded: http://prntscr.com/d9xxen
Starting an incognito window fixed this and I could access the site for 10 more minutes, then this stopped working aswell. The server holds about 20 WP installations without an issue so I can assume this is not a server problem as well.

I am everything but new to wordpress and went with the usual suspects, deleted all plugins, still the same.

Any help?
