If you are using the content builder for posts where do you add the excerpt that displays in the list view?

We're adding it into Excerpt field. But if you don't see such field, you need to activate it in the right top corner where Screen Options is.

Is the post excerpt hidden on the detail view?

As in on the full post view, will what I enter in the excerpt field be shown or is it just for the list view?
