Filter Blog by Author

Is it possible to have an option on the blog page to filter by post Author instead of by Category and Tag?  I'm assuming this is probably more of a wordpress thing than a theme-related issue, but I've been trying to figure it out for a few days and can't seem to come up with a solution.  Any help would be terrific!

at this moment this is not possible. But we`ll add your suggestion to customers wishlist and try to add it in future updates.
