Anyway, the menu you presented on example above, is called FIXED header type and you can set up the same under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.
When I go to Theme options> Header & Subheader> Header section. Go it does not matter what setting I choose it remains always equal can I perhaps adjust it with CSS?
