Slider Rev - Goes below fold when a top menu is present

Slider Type: Standard Slider
Preset: Slideshow Auto
Min Height: 500px
Because of the top menu, I want the home page slider to start BELOW the home page (104px top padding) in the MuffinBuilder Section. But this pushes the slider DOWN 104px below the fold... and the nav dots too. When I remove the padding, it fills the screen perfectly, but appears under the menu (due to opacity on the menu when scrolled past).
Client wants this to fill the screen and stay above the fold.
I think the answer is in the slider settings:
Increase/Decrease Fullscreen Height (Optional) ... with "containers" in there. Is there a new css id/class that I should create and add here to control this, and if so, what?
Please help. Site needs to go live in 2 days.
