Video not working

I am having problems getting my video to play. Everything is in place as it should be, and it works on Firefox, but the video will not load on other browsers. URL to view is: solvetest.wpengine.com

let me know if there is anything you can do to figure it out! I have reached out to rev slider, and they seem to think its a theme error.

The video is on our home page: SOLVETEST.WPENGINE.COM

We are using Slider Revolution to place the video on the page, and it is selected through muffin builder at the bottom of the page editor. The slide that we are using that is in question is: 4Subheads.

Ok, thanks. As we can see, the format file you used for video won't work for other browsers than Firefox. To display videos in different browsers, you need to user .mp4 and .ogv video formats.

 just tried an .ogv and it still didn't work on chrome.  Are there any errors that you can see or something else that would not allow it to work properly?
