1. The footer is already centered on mobile and it's not possible to center it more.

2. To change placeholder text, please use:

#Top_bar .search_wrapper input[type="text"] { color: #000 !important; }

Hello! It only changes the text not the Enter your search text that is there before. Here is a picture I made it blue so you can see what I mean using #Top_bar .search_wrapper input[type="text"] { color: #0000FF !important; }.

So if the css we gave you above does not change the color of placeholder, we do not have any other suggestion to change it's color. And all we may suggest is to dig in the Google and check the articles where you will have some other solutions to change the color of placeholder text.
