Full-width section issue on Safari browser

Hi,

Loving the theme so far!

I have noticed an issue thought - on safari browsers, my full-width section "background images" do not show up as full-width even though the text does. On google chrome and Firefox it's perfectly fine with no problems.

I'm not sure if I have missed a setting or if's an issue. Can you please advise?

Hi,

please send us link to page where background is not full width first so we can have a look on it.

If you change browser window size, it causes the section to not be full-width

Ok, got it however, we see the same behave in other browsers now. Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason. It's been a few weeks and I'm following up on this issue - Our client is complaining about the image resizing. Do you have a solution?

Sorry but we don't get it. Do you mean section's css background to make responsive?

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. But originally what was happening was even though the section was full-width, the image in the original post was not scaling properly to certain browser sizes, especially on Safari and IE. We have found a temporary fix - we had to create the "red" image with dimensions of 2560x1440. Though it has resolved the issue for us, please make a note of this for any future updates since we had to go through several pages and make this change.

We noticed you use lot's of 3rd party plugins so if you faced any issues with images scaling, we suggest to disable all 3rd party plugins and update theme to its latest version.
