color hover button stroke

HI, 

I want on the background #ab0132  create a button stroke with font color white and when i hover, background white and font #ab0312

So, i put on option ;  #FFFFFF  background  and #FFFFF color.

so i have border white and font white , but when i hover button, background become white (border color) and text color white, so i can't see the label button.

I have tried to change in CSS . i can't do that..i mean stroke show all time white color ?

What is the CSS to change color when i hover the button.. Thanks
