Updates between WooCommerce and Betheme possibly cause issues

My Betheme and Woocommerce both needed updates. At some point, woocommerce cart page and checkout stopped showing up entirely and I suspect it had something to do with this theme and plug-in having conflicts. At first, I updated woocommerce and it rejected betheme's outdated woocommerce theme files. Then I updated to the most recent betheme and while the theme files were updated, the issue with the checkout and cart page didn't remedy.

I'd try deactivating and reactivating plug-ins, but I don't want to risk losing crucial settings and listings on this site. 

Currently the cart and checkout pages are white. This is concerning to me, because the site is live and the client has active customers. Any help is appreciated, and timely help even more so!

Hi,

please switch to default WP theme and check if you get the same issues when default theme is active.

Thanks for the quick response. Before I try that, will I loose settings and data after going back to the betheme?

No, you won't lose anything because all settings are stored in database.

So I tried a different theme. Only part of the content shows up on the cart and checkout pages. Switching it back to betheme the problem still exists.

Sorry but we are not sure if we understand. So are you saying that the problems exists also when you switch to default WP theme? Because if that's what you mean, you should go to FTP server, remove WooCommerce plugin files and upload the newest one via FTP as well. Just in case, please do the same with theme files.
