Modify the subheader in betheme club

I have downloaded the betheme club style and made all the changes, except the following i seem not able to edit:

a) adjust the subheader image by drag and drop the image?
b) change the current subheader title font color from grey to black and add a lightbox behind text?

c) change the footer's background color to similar color as the rest of page?

Please let me know whether the above can be done, and what i should do.
