Overflowing menu on small screen laptops

When we visit with a smaller screen laptop (hiDPI) 1440x900 or similar the second level menu under company>>about is cut.

what you need to do is wrap sub-menus to the left side with an option located under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Menu section.
