Single Post Page Navigation
On my single post pages, I would like an option to navigate to "previous" and "next" on the page. Is there a way to make the the featured image show the next or previous buttons or to easily place them somewhere at the top of the page? I am sure it is in the settings somewhere and I am just missing it.
