How to change header colour on individual pages..

Cannot see blog titles down the page because H1 colour is White. But i need it to be white across the site.. Can i change individual H1 colour for blog titles?

But you wont see anything different to what is there as a standard. Im just asking if its possible to change H1 colour for just some H1 Tags in this instance - Post titles......
