Page reloading is slow

Hello,
I am using the Architect theme. I'm having an issue with the pages "jumping" or "flashing" when navigating from one page to the next. I assume this is the loading of the new content. But there seems to be a delay that's longer than usual. It's jarring and I would like a smoother transition between each page. Is there a way to fix this? You can see the website here: http://dev.josephpagacstudio.com/. If you click on any of the tabs in the main menu nav, you'll see the content briefly disappears and then the new content loads, like a flash or jump.

this has completely nothing to do with the theme and there is nothing we can do to help you. The problem is definitely related with slow hosting.
