Mobile menu and logo not visible

http://www.buildmywordpresswebsite.com - mobile nav bar - looking on my iPhone and I see a white background and no logo, no menu. Help. Using book demo.

Hi,

to disable white background on mobile, please use the following css:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    #Top_bar, #Action_bar { background: none; }
}

But menu does not display because of your extra plugins. We suggest to start from plugins deactivation, including cache.

deactivated unecessary plugins, added your code and cleared cache. Still don't see it do you? Help please. Thanks.
