How to place comments above recent posts on blog

Can you please share how you would go about putting the "comments" area above the "recent posts" area.

comments can be only under "Related posts" section what you can also see on our demo http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/uncategorized/175,standard-post-with-post.html
