Email Button and Send a Message Form on PROFILE Demo

Hi!

Two questions!

1. How do I code the "Send Me An Email" button for my email address?

2. I deleted the "Send a Message" contact form by mistake. How do I get it back? (I tried inserting a new contact form, but it looked completely different.)

1. Please show us what you mean exactly.

2. If you removed it, you need to create it yourself with Contact Form 7 plugin. For more details about CF7, please visit http://contactform7.com/docs/

If you go to my site, scroll down to the bottom and click the "send me an email" button. When it's clicked, it just refreshes the site. Site address:

http://78e.797.myftpupload.com/

I want it to open up a new message with my email address in the "To" field.

Ok. We are not sure how you set this button but to link to to e-mail address, instead of regular link, you need to use something like:

mailto:[email protected]
