Change Header Information Order

Hello I wanna change the header information order such as place the mail before the second phone and add a text label to the second phone so it would be the phone icon, a text saying XXXX and the phone number.

Action Bar is not coded so you can put into anything you want under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section.

That is true but I that way I cannot change the order of the elements , how can I swap second phone with mail, etc thanks!

To do this, it is necessary to modify theme files and the file responsible for the header is includes/header-top-area.php file.
